Who We Are 

Xebec is a direct-to-consumer computer accessories brand challenging the norms of the traditional office. Led by our flagship product, the Xebec Tri-Screen, it is our mission to equip today's professionals to be successful in the modern, mobile workplace. We are a fast-paced and booming consumer products startup building innovative and quality products that empower anyone to Free Yourself. 


Xebec is in a high-growth phase, and the Head of Operations is essential to setting us apart as a leader in the computer accessories industry and keeping the business running smoothly, ultimately exceeding customers’ expectations and creating loyal brand advocates. The Head of Operations will build upon our foundation to enable the business to quickly scale while owning fulfillment, reverse logistics, and inventory management. 


  • Manage the relationship with our 3PL provider to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory receiving 
  • Build a team of Operations Managers and Associates to handle operational tasks and challenges that may arise 
  • Optimize reverse logistics solutions to streamline the full returns and warranties cycles 
  • Identify opportunities and solutions to make each of our processes more efficient 
  • Anticipate & prevent future pain points as we release new products & open new sales channels 
  • Organize and analyze operations data within Shopify and our 3PL dashboards to make data-driven decisions 
  • Build out operational procedures to allow for consistency and transparency for our customers 
  • Partner with the Customer Experience team to resolve operational issues impacting customers 
  • Present operational plans, milestones, & data to the COO & CEO in an easy-to-consume manner 
  • Think in new ways, try new things, be enthusiastic about the Xebec brand, and take pride in enabling customers to "Free Yourself

  • A leader who can balance strategic decision making, building a team, and execution 
  • An efficient worker with excellent time-management skills who is always looking for ways to make things better and who can independently identify the work that needs to be done 
  • An empathetic and decisive individual with experience managing a team 
  • A quick thinker with proven ability to adapt and tackle new challenges as they arise 
  • A hard worker who is willing to grind it out in the trenches when needed 
  • Experience with D2C e-commerce business models and with Shopify is a plus
