HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

Request a prepaid label using the Trade-In Program form below and our team will get back to you within 1 business day.
Once you have your label, send your Tri-Screen 2 to our HQ. We’ll issue you a unique credit code that you can use on your next thexebec.com purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting your Trade-in Program Label Request, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  • Available to U.S. customers only
  • Your Tri-Screen 2 must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the return label. Xebec is not liable for any units that are dropped off after 30 days
  • Credit must be used within 60 days of the issue date
  • Tri-Screen 2 must be functional to receive the $75 credit: must power on, and any damage to the LCD screens or significant cracks/scratches will not be accepted, at Xebec's discretion
  • Customers do not have to have purchased their Tri-Screen 2 from thexebec.com to participate
  • Version 1 Tri-Screens and other Xebec Accessories are ineligible (including Adapters) for trade-in
  • Trade-in Requests must go through Xebec process and cannot be shipped to any addresses associated with Xebec without approved label from Xebec team
  • Upon receipt, the Xebec team will review the Tri-Screen 2 to confirm the condition. The $75 credit value must be confirmed by Xebec internal manual review for functionality upon receipt of the Tri-Screen 2
