- Complete the form below using the email address provided during initial purchase.
- Print your return label and attach it to the package. Please make sure to attach this postage to the shipping box and NOT to the white retail box. Cover any existing shipping labels.
- To avoid additional charges, make sure to include each of the cables & accessories listed in the return form you filled out.
- Per our return policy, please ensure your Xebec Tri-Screen is in unused condition with the original packaging still intact. If the returned item looks used, we cannot restock it, and your request for a refund will not be processed.
- Please use the brown box that your package arrived in, or a box of the same size if necessary, or you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
- Please ship your package back within the 30-day period beginning on the day it was originally received as documented in the original tracking info.
- Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

We will submit your refund within 7 days of receiving your return, subject to the return policy requirements. You will then receive a confirmation email.
*If you experience any issues generating the return label or have an international shipment, please simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, and preferred email, and we'll generate the label for you. Rest assured, your return request and pictures have already been submitted!
